Over the past years, the Dutch Ministry of Finance has received a growing number of requests to assist ministries of Finance in other countries with the introduction and implementation of reforms in public finances.

Generally speaking, we prefer to offer our services to countries that:

• recently acceded or who are to accede EU;
• are represented by The Netherlands in the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the Worldbank or the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Notwithstanding this preference, other countries are welcome to request for our assistance too.

In 2011, projects with National Academy involvement are performed in countries mentioned on this page elsewhere.
