Each year as of 2007 the Dutch National Academy has organized each year a summercourse on Public Financial Management in the Netherlands for visiting participants from all together Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, FYR Macedonia, Georgia, Moldova, Mongolia, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine. The variety of numerous exchanges is considered very instructive for the participants and therefore a valuable experience for their respective home countries.
